Lumeo Technology AB Return & Warranty Policy

We follow Swedish laws for Consumer Rights as specified below.

For international orders, it is the Consumer Law of the buyer’s respective country that applies for the respective order.

14 Day Return Policy

This return policy is valid for purchases made after June 20th 2017.

Change-of-mind Returns

If you would like to return all or any Product(s) of LumeoTech originally purchased directly from LumeoTech (each, a “ Product ”) that are the subject of your order after delivery to you, you have the right to return your Product(s) under condition that all of the following criteria are fulfilled:

  1. the Product(s) was delivered no later than 14 days before your request for a refund/exchange,
  2. a copy of the original order confirmation accompanies the returned Product(s),
  3. the Product(s) is a “Product(s)” by LumeoTech or an accessory originally purchased directly from LumeoTech,
  4. the Product(s) is free from liquid or solid contamination as well as physical damage,
  5. you follow all return instructions as set forth under the section entitled “How to Return a Product(s) for Refund or Warrant” below,
  6. all original packaging is included,
  7. all original accessories are included and are free from liquid or solid contamination as well as physical damage, and
  8. the reason for the refund/exchange is disclosed by you. This is for quality assurance purposes only, the reason given will not affect our acceptance of the return.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives at your delivery address in a complete and undamaged condition. If you do not receive all of the Product(s) pursuant to your order, please contact us at contact@LumeoTech.com .

You must inspect the Product(s) immediately upon their arrival and notify us within fourteen (14) days of delivery if the Product(s) arrive in a damaged or incomplete condition. If the Product(s) arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us at contact@LumeoTech.com . The Product(s) will be deemed accepted fourteen (14) days after delivery if you do not give such notice.

Refund Fulfillment Process

Any and all refunds that are issued under this policy or under any applicable warranty will be issued in the LumeoTech pricing currency of your original order.

We do not take any responsibility for any transaction costs and/or currency differences that appear on your end. Any and all costs or charges for shipping, handling, customs, taxes or gift-wrapping are non refundable.

Refunds will be credited to the payment method registered by you with us at your time of purchase. Please allow LumeoTech a period of thirty (30) days after the delivery of your returned Product(s)sto credit your account with a granted refund.

How to Return a Product(s) for a Refund or Warranty Claim

If you need to return the Product(s) to LumeoTech or a LumeoTech authorized reseller for any reason covered by the Limited Warranty (for US customers), domestic consumer legislation (for non-US customers) or by the Change-of-mind Returns statement above, you must follow all of the procedures below.

  1. Compose an e-mail with the following information:

Your name

Your company (if relevant)

Address

Phone number

Email address

Product(s) part number

A brief description of the defect.

  1. Send the information to contact@LumeoTech.com . If your request is approved by LumeoTech, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and address to ship the Product(s) via email within five (5) working-days (“RMA Approval”). The returned Product(s) must be received by LumeoTech within 14 days of the issue of the RMA.
  2. Pack the Product(s) securely and make sure the RMA number and your return address is visible on the outside of the packaging. Then, send it postage-paid to the address stated on your RMA Approval. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the Product(s) back to LumeoTech as well as any and all risk of loss or damage to the Product(s) while it is being shipped to LumeoTech. If you send your Product(s) without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it could be returned to you unopened. Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery. LumeoTech does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery is provided.
  3. If you are sending the Product(s) to LumeoTech in connection with a valid warranty claim within the applicable warranty period, under either the Limited Warranty (for U.S. customers) or under domestic consumer legislation (for non-U.S. customers), subject to the warranty terms set forth below and applicable laws, upon receipt of the defective Product(s), LumeoTech will, at our discretion, either
  1. repair or replace the Product(s), or
  2. accept the return of the defective Product(s) and refund to Customer the full purchase price of the defective Product(s).
  3. If you are sending the Product(s) to LumeoTech in connection with a valid refund request for a Change-of-mind Return within the 14-day return period set forth above, LumeoTech will accept the return of the defective Product(s) and refund to you the full purchase price of the defective Product(s).

Subject to availability, the repaired or replacement Product(s) will be shipped on the next business day following receipt of the defective Product(s). LumeoTech will be responsible for the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product(s) back to you. LumeoTech reserves the right to charge you for the cost of shipping the Product(s) back to you if you do not qualify for warranty coverage.

Please note

Product(s)s shipped to LumeoTech must be properly packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit.

LumeoTech reserves the right to, at our discretion, change this return policy. Such changes will be applicable on purchases made after the date when the policy was last updated.

Warranty

When you purchase product(s) from LumeoTech ‘s Website you will receive product(s) with a Warranty. The product(s) should be in Original package including product(s) fully functionally. In case you receive an incorrect or defected product(s) you shall notify us that within fourteen (14) days of delivery for compensation.

We strive for our customers to get products with high quality, functionality and value. We’ll send a new product if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to report a product, please Contact Us with your order number and details (delivery note) about the product you would like to report. We will respond with instructions for how to proceed.
